Firefox 0.9.1 and Thunderbird 0.7.1 released

Updated versions of the Firefox browser and the Thunderbird email program have been made available at www.mozilla.org.

These are both incremental bug-fix upgrades to their most recent releases (versions 0.9 and 0.7 respectively).

You can uninstall older versions of each program by going to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel (on Windows XP). Uninstalling these older versions will leave your profile data intact. All your personal settings, (email) files and (email) connection information are stored in your profiles.

After having uninstalled older versions, you can install these updated versions. The newer versions should use the information stored in your old profiles.
